Returns Eligibility

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Some products, including personalized items, undergarments, and final sale items, may not be eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for sending the item back.

  3. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–15 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

  • Contact our Customer Support team with your exchange request.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • Once the returned item is received and approved, we will ship the new item at no additional cost, if applicable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage or defect, and we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund promptly.

Important Notes

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above criteria.
